The insight focuses on translating the feeling of being enveloped in a window of safety into a reading experience.
The main book takes the reader through the initial hospitalisation from my perspective while also personifying death. The three short pieces of writing provide more detail on my personal experiences and memories. The artwork is my own, created in 2008 when in the hospital. the handwriting on this image is my mothers. The white box that envelops the contents represents the safety I found in the window (also spoken about in the sub-book Narnian Wardrobe).
